Pilgrims Coffee aims to always provide high quality goods that are fault free and undamaged. On occasion however, goods may need to be returned. Returns are governed by these Terms and Conditions.
If you’ve made a mistake or need to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will endeavour to accommodate your request, but be quick as once items have been shipped we cannot cancel or redirect shipment!
Please be aware that we cannot accept returns of perishable items(coffee) unless the goods are faulty or the order received is incorrect.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
For non-perishable items, such as brewing equipment, you have a statutory right to a “cooling off” period. This period begins once your order is complete and ends 7 working days after the items have been delivered. If you change your mind about the goods within this period, please return them to us within 7 working days of receipt. You are responsible for paying shipment costs if items are returned for this reason. Items must be returned to us as they are received. Coffee and any foodstuffs are exempt from the right to a “cooling off” period.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. If goods were purchased in-store then we will need to take your bank details to procede with a refund.
If you have received a damaged, faulty or incomplete item please notify us at email@example.com including detailed photos if possible and a description of the fault.
If you receive Goods which do not match those that you ordered, unless accompanied by an explanatory note detailing the changes, stating reasons for the changes and setting out your options, you should contact us within 14 days to arrange a return. You will be given the option to have the Goods replaced with those ordered (if available) or to be refunded through the payment method used by you when purchasing the Goods.
If you haven’t received a refund within 7 days of notification of approval, please make us aware via email.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
