Dimtu Coffee Industry PLC (DCI) is an Ethiopian company that joined the coffee industry in 2010. Its mission is to produce, process, and export top-quality organic Ethiopian Guji specialty certified coffee beans sustainably. Dimtu's main farm and operations are located in the Guji Zone, specifically in Odo Shakiso Woreda, Tero kebelle. The farm is near Tero city, 21 km from Odo Shakiso Woreda, at an altitude is 2112 masl. The average mean temperature ranges from 19.5−25.5oc and the soil is fertile and red loamy, with a hilly and undulated ground. DCI also has an Organic certified Coffee Processing unit based in Dukem, Oromia, which is 20 km from Addis Ababa.
This coffee has been decaffeinated using the co2 method which allows for a clean and delicious cup with out using harsh chemicals. All of this adds up to a delicious decaf coffee which can really hold it’s own!
