Our small team works as quickly as possible to get all of your coffee orders roasted, packed and dispatched. Due to our roasting schedule, sometimes we cannot ship your order out the same or next day - but please don’t worry, your coffee will be fresh and with you as soon as!
As we keep growing, we’re continually learning how to improve our processes - while ensuring we continue to provide consistently high quality coffee to all our customers. Thank you all - new and old - for joining us on our journey.
Monday: Fire up the roaster! We start the week with a full day of roasting.
Tuesday: We sample every roast to ensure perfection. Once the seal of approval is given, we’re busy sorting and packing all the orders.
Wednesday: Back at it, we’re roasting all day.
Thursday: Another full day of roasting to finish off the week’s orders and get the cafe ready for a busy weekend.
Friday: Same routine as Tuesday then the fun is over for the week and it's all admin.
Weekends: We don’t roast or pack on weekends, but your order will be first in the queue for Monday’s roast.
We want to deliver you the freshest coffee possible so all orders received before 7 am on roasting days, will be roasted that day and packed and shipped the following morning.
All of those that have visited us on the Holy Island of Lindisfarne will know that it is a tidal island. Though extremely beautiful and unique, this often has us rushing to get your orders ready to depart at 1 pm. However, sometimes the tide gets in the way and orders will need to go out at 9 am the following day.
Majority of orders are sent via Royal Mail or DPD, which often means you will receive your order the day after it is dispatched. Larger orders may require an additional day to be delivered to its final destination.
We prioritise keeping your shipping costs as low as possible. This may include orders being sent in two different boxes.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days, please contact us.
